For Daddy

We made a trip home to Salmon Arm for 10 days sans Daddy, so these are mostly to keep Daddy up to date with what we've been doing. Saddly, I have been forgetting my camera, and the few times I did remember, the camera battery was almost dead. To follow is my shameful attempt at documenting our time here so far :)

We've been having a lot of fun! ( Not trying to rub it in Dave )

This is in the Calgary airport where we waited for our transfer. After being cooped up on the airplane for 3 hours, the kids were a little hyper. Especially after discovering the awesome airplane mobiles that were on display at our gate. They had a crank at the bottom that you could manually turn to make the airplanes spin.

If you look way off in the middle, between the mobiles, lying on the floor, that little shape is my son, rolling around and taking it all in!


We got a quick few days in with Allie and Angus. It was so great to see them! What a handsome little guy, and a hot mama to boot!

Fast forward to Margaret Falls where we (the Mah's) took the kids, along with Binh's family. Binh, his brother and I all went into the cave. Olivia, before seeing the falls, said she too wanted to go into the cave. But after seeing it, she decided that maybe he should wait till she was a little bigger. "like 20 or something"

Skip again to day 2 at Harold Park. We went out on Brian and Julie's boat. We all went tubing, including both the kids, and swimming, and tried wake boarding for the first time. And....of course, no camera. All I got pic's of were when we took Ryder out for a short ride after he napped through most of the excitement. (they're from my phone, so not that great)


Ryder and Olivia both LOVE being out on the boat!!

Ryder got to drive the boat for a bit. He headed across the lake to check out the train tracks.

He hung out on the bow for a bit too, while we were going slow.

Back on the beach, Olivia taking a rest after being in the water for nearly the entire time we were there!
